In accordance with the new European Data Protection Standards coming into force on the 25th May, Interior Choice would like to draw your attention to how we use and protect the information that we hold on file for yourself.
Initial Data is collected on our “Contact us Page” this will be used solely to make contact by your request. Once the initial communication has been made any information will be transferred to a secure quote log document to be used to assist your enquiry and potential order. However, once contact has been made or order completed no information will be passed on without prior consent.

Credit Card Data:
No sensitive credit card details are stored after the payment has been taken.
Should we be made aware of any security breach, we will first ascertain how the breach occurred and ensure that systems are put in place so that a repeat of the breach cannot reoccur.
Once the level of security breach has been identified we will contact all customers involved and inform them of the level to which their data has been compromised. After which, we will contact the governing body to inform them that a breach of security has occurred and of our strategy for ensuring that no further breaches happen again in the same manner.
Removal of Data:
Customers have the right for sensitive data to be removed from our records. On receipt of the customers written instructions we will remove all information that we can from our. However, by law we are required to keep relevant sales information (invoices) and tax reports etc. for a minimum of seven trading years.
